The traditional anodized aluminum adopts the copper and zinc hot stamping version. This bronzing version has higher requirements for the flatness of the bronzing appearance, otherwise it will present the problem that the bonding is not strong enough and the graphic is incomplete.

The traditional bronzing version can't be bronted on the higher hardness surface, otherwise it will damage the bronzing version.

The silicone hot stamping version uses high-hardness silica gel with high temperature resistance, which fundamentally compensates for the defects of the traditional hot stamping version.



In order to facilitate the installation of the silicone hot stamping plate on the hot plate, the base layer of the silicone hot stamping plate is generally selected from an aluminum plate having a thickness of 1 to 3 mm.

The bonding strength between the silicone layer and the aluminum plate is directly related to the service life of the silicone hot stamping plate.

The bonding strength between the silicone layer and the aluminum plate is not high enough, and it is easy to crack under high temperature and high pressure.

Therefore, a silicone hot stamping plate having a high bonding strength between the silicone layer and the aluminum plate is selected.



Silicone plate bronzing process control

1. Control of bronzing temperature

Since the thermal conductivity of the silica gel layer of the silicone hot stamping plate is low, the bronzing temperature should be properly improved during hot stamping. Under normal conditions, the temperature should be 130-150 ° C higher than the copper and zinc plate bronzing temperature.

Of course, the better the thermal conductivity of the silica gel layer, the lower the bronzing temperature can be adjusted, and the more energy is saved. A silicone hot stamping version with better thermal conductivity should be selected.



2. Control of bronzing pressure

The silicone hot stamping version uses a silica gel layer with a lower hardness and a certain elasticity. It is easier to compact the anodized aluminum than the copper and zinc plates in the process of bronzing.

Therefore, under the same conditions, the same bronzing effect is obtained, and the pressure applied to the silicone bronzing plate is smaller.



3. Control of bronzing speed

Under the same conditions, the flexible silicone hot stamping plate can compact the anodized aluminum in a shorter time than the copper and zinc plates.

Therefore, the same effect of bronzing, the bronzing version of the silicone hot plate is faster.
